Premium SiMn 6818 High-Performance Grade

Premium SiMn 6818​ (GB/T 4008 grade FeMn68Si18) is a high-performance silicomanganese alloy with Mn 65.0–72.0% and Si 17.0–20.0%, carbon controlled at ≤1.8%, phosphorus ≤0.25%, and sulfur ≤0.04% .

Standard particle sizes: 10–50 mm, 10–100 mm, 20–150 mm, or customized cuts.

1.Highest Mn/Si Ratio in Class: At Mn≥65% / Si≥17%, 6818 provides more manganese per ton than 6517 or 6014 - ideal for high-manganese steel grades (e.g., Hadfield steel, 200-series stainless).

2.Lower Carbon for Cleaner Steel: C≤1.8% minimizes carbon pickup in low-carbon and IF steel routes, meeting stricter impurity specs.
