We produce Si55C15 at our plant in Anyang, Henan. It's a composite deoxidizer and carburizer - one material that delivers both silicon and carbon to the melt. Instead of stocking ferrosilicon and a separate carbon raiser, the furnace crew adds one alloy and gets both effects. We make it from high-purity carbon powder, silicon carbide powder, and metallic silicon powder, processed into lumps, briquettes, or powder to match the customer's feeding setup. The material has high density and consistent chemistry from batch to batch, and it runs without issues in converters and electric arc furnaces alike.

Product Packaging

We've customized packing for plenty of buyers - different bag sizes, palletized loading, whatever works with your handling equipment.


Our Company
We've been producing silicon alloys in Anyang, Henan since 2010. Our factory sits in the Longan District - right where most of China's ferroalloy capacity is concentrated, so raw materials are close and costs stay reasonable. We run about 8,000 MT per month across all grades. Every order goes through SGS inspection before it leaves, and the COA ships with the material. We load from Tianjin and Qingdao ports, typically within 7 to 10 days after the order is confirmed. Our main markets are Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and across Southeast Asia and East Asia.
