Ferro Silicon Fine Granules

Ferro Silicon 75% is one of the most widely used silicon-based alloys in global steelmaking and foundry industries, serving as a primary deoxidizer, alloying agent, and inoculant base material. Our FeSi75 is produced in ISO 9001 certified submerged arc furnaces with strict control over Si (≥75%), Al (≤1.5%/≤2.0%), C (≤0.2%), P (≤0.04%) and S (≤0.02%), ensuring predictable silicon recovery and minimal impurity intake across every heat. Unlike traders who source from multiple unknown mills, we manufacture in-house and test every batch with our own spectrometer laboratory. Each shipment is accompanied by a Mill Test Certificate (COA), and we support third-party inspection by SGS, BV, CCIC or Intertek before loading—giving your procurement team full traceability and audit confidence. We supply multiple size configurations—from natural block (<200mm) to precision-screened 10–50mm lumps and 1–3mm inoculation granules—with controlled fines ratios to minimize dust loss and optimize feeder performance. Whether you need bulk tonnage for EAF/BOF tapping, precise ladle correction, or foundry inoculation feedstock, we can match your specification and volume requirements. With 2000+ MT monthly capacity, spot inventory, and 7–15 day lead times, we serve steel mills, foundries, and ferroalloy traders across 30+ countries including Turkey, India, Vietnam, Egypt, UAE, and Brazil. Both trial orders (MOQ 20MT) and multi-year framework agreements are welcome.

Product Introduction

Product Introduction

Ferro Silicon 75% is widely used as a deoxidizer and alloying agent in steelmaking and foundry industries. Our FeSi75 delivers consistent silicon recovery with strictly controlled impurities (Al, Ca, P, S), making it suitable for EAF/BOF tapping deoxidation, ladle silicon adjustment, and as base material for further processing into granules or powder. With stable monthly output and full batch documentation, we support both trial orders and long-term supply agreements for steel mills, foundries, and trading companies worldwide.
