We produce ferro silicon 75% at our Henan plant using submerged arc furnaces with strict control over raw material quality. It is the most common FeSi grade we sell, and over the years weve learned that small variations in aluminum and carbon content can cause problems in the melt shop - especially for mills running tight specs on low-carbon steel grades.
We offer two standard grades:

FeSi 75-A is our premium grade for low-carbon and specialty steel grades where you need tight tolerance on residuals. FeSi 75-B is our econoimcal general-purpose grade for standard carbon steel and foundry use.
Each batch goes through spectrometric analysis before shipping. Weve been supplying FeSi to steelmakers across China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East for over a decade now.
