Product Description
1.Cost-Effective Furnace Charging Grade – "Black Furnace Grade" means naturally crushed unpolished lumps for direct furnace feed, priced lower than bright-finished alloy-suited to high-volume EAF/induction furnace/cupola users.
Higher Si = Less Alloy per Heat – Si ≥75% delivers stronger deoxidizing and Si-contribution than FeSi65/72, reducing total addition weight.
Low Fines, Less Dust Loss – Screened lump with controlled fines ratio (typically ≤3–5%), minimizing dust in weigh hoppers and improving recovery.
Versatile Furnace Use – For in-furnace deoxidation, bulk Si alloying, and as base material for foundry inoculation (Low-Al version available on request).
Batch COA & Inspection Supported – Each lot ships with COA; pre-shipment SGS/BV inspection arranged upon request.

Full Element Disclosure – Mn, Cr and Cu levels are declared upfront, eliminating surprises from undocumented tramp elements that could affect your melt chemistry.
