Products Description
Chemical Grade Silicon Metal 2202 delivers Si above 99.5% with calcium down to 0.02%, making it the preferred feedstock for silicone rubber, phenyl chlorosilane and high-grade silicone oils. Lower impurities mean fewer side reactions and more stable colour and electrical insulation of the final product. Produced from selected low-impurity ore with refining control, our 2202 keeps impurity levels controllable heat by heat, suiting continuous production at premium silicone and export-oriented chemical plants.

Note: Si is a guaranteed minimum; Fe / Al / Ca / P / S are guaranteed maximums. Production follows GB/T 2881 and can be cross-checked against ASTM A1005 and ISO 5449. Special compositions outside the table can be produced to your internal specification. "Typical" values are recent batch averages; the Mill Test Certificate of each shipment prevails.

Packing, Shipping & Certification
Packing: 1,000 kg jumbo bags with moisture-proof inner liner, or 25 kg small bags on pallets. Powder grades are packed in valve bags with stretch-wrapped pallets to prevent moisture uptake in transit.
Container loading: 20–25 MT per 20′FCL in jumbo bags. Bags are sealed and photographed, and the full loading process is video-recorded for buyer verification.
Delivery: 7–10 days for standard specifications, 15–20 days for customized sizes. FOB Tianjin / Qingdao; CFR and CIF to your nominated port available.
Documents: Mill Test Certificate with heat number, packing list, commercial invoice, Certificate of Origin (CO / FORM E). Third-party inspection can be arranged.

FAQ
Q: Can you produce to our internal spec, e.g. Ca ≤0.015%?
A: Yes. The standard Ca limit for 2202 is 0.02%. For tighter limits we adjust ore selection and refining ratio, and specify the test method and sampling rules in a technical annex to the contract. Such customized grades normally require one full container (20 MT) and carry a small price premium; we send a trial sample first for your verification.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: One 20′FCL, about 20–25 MT. For trial purposes we accept 5 MT trial orders or a mixed container with different grades.
