Products Description
High Purity Silicon Metal 1101 exceeds 99.7% Si with Fe and Al each capped at 0.1% and Ca at 0.01%. It targets fine chemicals, high-purity silicon compounds and electronic-grade precursors where impurities are critical. Produced from selected ore in a clean crushing and screening circuit, each batch ships with heat-by-heat test data and third-party reports, moving incoming-inspection risk upstream and shortening raw material qualification on high-end lines.

Packing,Shipping,Certification
Packing: 1,000 kg jumbo bags with moisture-proof inner liner, or 25 kg small bags on pallets. Powder grades are packed in valve bags with stretch-wrapped pallets to prevent moisture uptake in transit.
Container loading: 20–25 MT per 20′FCL in jumbo bags. Bags are sealed and photographed, and the full loading process is video-recorded for buyer verification.
Documents: Mill Test Certificate with heat number, packing list, commercial invoice, Certificate of Origin (CO / FORM E). Third-party inspection can be arranged.
