Products Description
High Purity Silicon Metal 3303 is the mainstream feedstock grade for silicone monomer (methyl chlorosilane) synthesis. With calcium held within 0.03%, it improves reactor selectivity and reduces by-products and catalyst consumption. Serving silicone, silicone oil and silicone rubber producers, our 3303 is traceable by heat number and can be sized to fluidized-bed or fixed-bed processes, suiting impurity-sensitive continuous production lines.
Chemical Composition
Note: Si is a guaranteed minimum; Fe / Al / Ca / P / S are guaranteed maximums. Production follows GB/T 2881 and can be cross-checked against ASTM A1005 and ISO 5449. Special compositions outside the table can be produced to your internal specification. "Typical" values are recent batch averages; the Mill Test Certificate of each shipment prevails.

Packing,Shopping,Certification
Packing: 1,000 kg jumbo bags with moisture-proof inner liner, or 25 kg small bags on pallets. Powder grades are packed in valve bags with stretch-wrapped pallets to prevent moisture uptake in transit.
Container loading: 20–25 MT per 20′FCL in jumbo bags. Bags are sealed and photographed, and the full loading process is video-recorded for buyer verification.
Delivery: 7–10 days for standard specifications, 15–20 days for customized sizes. FOB Tianjin / Qingdao; CFR and CIF to your nominated port available.
Certification: ISO 9001 quality management system; pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek available on request.
