Silicon Manganese Alloy Lumps
We produce silicon manganese alloy lumps at our Henan plant using submerged arc furnaces. The lump form is preferred by a lot of EAF and BOF operators since it goes straight into the furnace without dust loss or handling issues.
We offer these grades:

SiMn 6014 lumps go into carbon steel production where the Mn-Si balance is already matched. SiMn 6517 gives you higher manganese content for specialty grades. The lump sizing we use - 10-100mm - is the standard spec most steel mills order for furnace charging.
Each batch goes through spectrometric analysis before loading. Weve been shipping to steelmakers in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America for over 8 years.
