We produce high carbon silicon at our Henan smelting facility using submerged arc furnace technology. What sets this alloy apart is its dual function - it works as both a deoxidizer and a recarburizer in a single addition, which saves steel mills both time and raw material cost compared to adding ferrosilicon and carbon separately.
We stock three standard grades:

HCS50 is our entry-level grade for general carbon steel production where cost control is the main priority. HCS55 offers a balanced composition thats suited to medium-carbon steel grades that need a cleaner impurity profile. HCS60 is our top-tier grade with the highest silicon content and the tightest impurity limits - we recommend it for quality steel products where consistency matters.
Because it dissolves quickly in molten steel, it shortens refining time and reduces overall energy consumption in the melt shop. The combined deoxidation and carburization action also produces fewer inclusions, giving you a cleaner steel chemistry at the end of the process.
Weve been supplying high carbon silicon to steel mills across Asia and the Middle East for over 8 years. Each batch is tested in our lab using XRF analysis, and we provide a Certificate of Analysis with every shipment so you know exactly what youre getting.
Standard packaging is 1-ton woven bags with plastic inner lining. Bulk bags or custom packing also available on request. Lead time is typically 7-10 working days from order confirmation. Contact us with your target chemistry and well help you pick the right grade for your application.
