High Carbon Ferro Silicon (HC FeSi) is a premium silicon-carbon alloy engineered for steelmaking and foundry applications where simultaneous deoxidation and carburization are required. With Si 60-70% and C 15-25% in a single alloy, it replaces the need for separate FeSi + carburizer additions-cutting dosing time, reducing furnace temperature loss, and lowering overall alloy cost by 20-30%. ISO 9001 certified, 3000+ MT monthly capacity, available in 0-3mm / 3-10mm / 10-50mm and custom sizes.
