Silicon Metal 553 (Industrial Silicon) is a standard commercial-grade metallic silicon, defined by impurity limits: Fe ≤0.5%, Al ≤0.5%, Ca ≤0.3%, with Si content ≥98.5%. It exhibits a gray metallic luster, brittleness, density of 2.33 g/cm³, melting point 1410°C.
