Final Deoxidation:Compared with aluminum deoxidation,silicon magnesium ally enables stable control of total oxygen content at very low levels,effectively reducing oxide inclusions in steel.
Nodularizing Treatment:Used as a nodulizing agent in ductile iron production,promoting the precipitation of graphite in spherical form,significantly enhancing the strengfth,ductility,and wear resistance of castings.
Grain Refinement:Improves the internal microstructure of steel,enhancing mechanical properties.
