Products Description
Silicon slag is a waste produced during industrial production and has been widely used due to its unique physical and chemical properties. The silicon content is from 45% to 95%, and the rest are C, S, P, Al, SiO2, Fe, Ca etc. The silicon slag is much cheaper than purity silicon metal, and has many industrial applications.

1. It is a good substitute for ferrosilicon in steelmaking and has advantages in reducing manufacturing costs.
2. Silicon slag can be made into silicon blocks with a wide market at home and abroad.
3. Used as a deoxidizer in steelmaking.
Products Description
1.Steelmaking Deoxidation: A Vietnamese steel mill uses our Silicon Slag 60 to partially replace 75# ferrosilicon for converter deoxidation, reducing per-ton steel cost by ~$14 while keeping endpoint oxygen within target range.
2.Foundry Alloying: An Indian foundry applies Silicon Slag 60 in ductile iron production, achieving silicon recovery rates above 80% with good graphite nodularity and meeting mechanical property specifications.
3.Ferroalloy Revert: Used as supplementary feed in SiMn alloy production to increase silicon grade of the burden and reduce overall power consumption.
